The products on our website are those which are typically required by our customers. We stock many of these items on our shelves for immediate service. However, certain items shown are included to indicate the considerable amount of a manufacturers line and they are not all standard stock items on our shelf.
Pricing
The prices on this website are printed solely for your convenience. Due to the instability of prices we reserve the right to change price and discounts without notice. Please feel free to contact us for information about manufacturers current published prices and applicable Industrial Discount Pricing. We will be happy to offer telephone price quotations and send you manufacturer published price lists for your reference.
Shipping Methods
We will ship your order via regular ground UPS unless otherwise stated. UPS will deliver shipments up to 100 pounds (in states where this is consistent with UPS regulations). UPS shipments weighing over 70 pounds may be split into two separate cartons when appropriate. Due to size, weight or delivery requirements it may be necessary to ship your order in multiple carriers and/or via freight carriers, F.O.B. Shipping Point. All orders are subject to delays and failures in performance due to fires, floods, strikes, delays and failures in performance on the part of the manufacturers, and all other causes beyond our control. Machine Tool Supply, Corp. reserves the right to withhold the shipment of all pending orders if Purchasers account contains any balances exceeding 60 days from the invoice date.
Shipment and Inspection
Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt and report discrepancies to Machine Tool Supplys customer service. If received from a carrier in damaged condition, do not fail to note this fact on the receipt and make your claim upon the carrier promptly. If damage is concealed, be sure to save the packing materials and to request inspection by the shipper. Our responsibility for delivery ceases after we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier in good condition. However, we will render all reasonable assistance in substantiating your claim. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an order within the time expected, please call Machine Tool Supply and we will trace the shipment immediately.
Returns, Cancellations or Changing an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-288-0717 by 3:00 p.m. on the day the order was placed. We will do whatever possible to make the requested changes. We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you need to return merchandise for credit or exchange, we ask that you get prior authorization. If we shipped the merchandise in error, credit for the merchandise returned will not be subject to restocking and transportation charges. Special orders may be canceled only with our approval and with the understanding that the customer is responsible for any costs, which may result from the cancellation.

Follow these 3 easy steps for a quick return:
- Call Machine Tool Supply at 800-288-0717 to receive a Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) number.
- Write the R.M.A. number on the packing slip or invoice copy and include it with your return.
- Write the R.M.A. number on the outside of the box or envelope to be returned.
Warranty and Limitations of Liability
It is our policy to sell only high quality merchandise manufactured by companies with established reputations for dependable products. We endeavor to have such manufacturers grant warranties and other terms and conditions that will benefit our customers. The corporation, however, makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of the goods described on this website or sold by the company or that such goods are fit for any particular purpose. Neither does the corporation make any warranty or representation that the goods described on this website and sold by the company comply with the requirements of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Consumer Product Safety Act and the rules and regulations issued hereunder, as they now exist or may exist in the future. It is the sole responsibly of the purchaser to determine whether the merchandise complies with these requirements based upon the intended use of the goods. Any description, illustration, drawing, or other reproduction of the goods contained on this website is for the purpose of identifying and illustrating them and does not constitute a warranty that the goods shall conform to the description, illustration, drawing or other reproduction. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, under no circumstances shall the corporation be liable for any consequential damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of, or inability to use goods sold by the corporation, or for labor, repairs, or other expenses incident to removing any defective merchandise or procuring and installing a replacement. The maximum liability, if any, of the corporation from any cause shall be the original cost of any defective item of merchandise sold by this company.
